1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CloudPi website, documentation, demos, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are using CloudPi on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the CloudPi website or services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service work alongside the CloudPi Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.
2. Services Covered
These terms apply to the CloudPi website and related materials, including product pages, pricing information, documentation, support interactions, request forms, demos, and cloud-hosted product access made available by CloudPi.
- CloudPi platform capabilities for multi-cloud cost visibility, reporting, allocation, governance, rightsizing, automation, and integrations.
- Content published on the site, including feature descriptions, security information, comparison pages, FAQs, videos, and documentation.
- Any cloud-hosted trial, subscription, or customer environment made available by CloudPi, unless separate written agreements govern that relationship.
If a separate order form, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written agreement exists between CloudPi and your organization, that agreement may control in the event of a conflict with these public website terms.
3. Accounts and Access
Certain parts of CloudPi may require registration, administrator approval, or organization-level provisioning before access is granted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information when requesting demos, contacting CloudPi, or registering for services.
- If you use CloudPi through an organization account, your access may be managed by that organization's administrators.
- You must promptly notify CloudPi if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
CloudPi may refuse registration, limit access, or require verification where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, or platform integrity.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use CloudPi only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate internal business purposes related to evaluating, purchasing, or using the services.
- You must not misuse the platform, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- You must not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, mirror, republish, or exploit the services except as expressly allowed by law or written agreement.
- You must not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content, including malware or disruptive code.
- You must not use the website or services in a way that could damage CloudPi, other users, or integrated third-party systems.
- You remain responsible for the content, data, and instructions submitted through your use of the services.
CloudPi may monitor use as reasonably necessary to maintain security, enforce these terms, and protect service availability.
5. Subscriptions and Commercial Terms
Pricing, subscriptions, pilot environments, and commercial commitments may be described on the CloudPi website, but final commercial terms may also depend on a separate quote, order form, or written agreement.
- CloudPi may change product packaging, feature availability, pricing presentation, or service plans at any time before a binding commercial agreement is executed.
- Trials, demos, previews, or pilot access may be limited in duration, scope, support level, or functionality.
- Customer obligations relating to payment timing, taxes, renewals, procurement, or refunds should be governed by the applicable commercial agreement where one exists.
- If no separate agreement exists, CloudPi may suspend or withhold paid access for non-payment or suspected misuse.
Public website pricing and feature descriptions are informational and do not by themselves create a guaranteed service commitment unless confirmed in writing by CloudPi.
6. Intellectual Property
CloudPi and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, platform, documentation, branding, product design, copy, graphics, reports, software, workflows, and related materials, except for rights expressly granted to you.
No rights are granted to you by implication. You may not use CloudPi trademarks, logos, screenshots, marketing assets, or documentation outside normal evaluative or customer use without prior written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.
You retain ownership of your data and materials submitted to the service, but you grant CloudPi the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, secure, transmit, and support that data in connection with providing the services.
7. Third-Party Services
CloudPi may integrate with or reference third-party services, cloud providers, payment tools, analytics tools, or linked websites.
Those third-party offerings are subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limitations. CloudPi is not responsible for third-party products or services that it does not control.
If you connect third-party environments or accounts to CloudPi, you are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to do so and for complying with the terms that govern those external services.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The CloudPi website and any trial, preview, demo, or publicly described service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
- CloudPi does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or error-free operation of all website content or service materials.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudPi disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- CloudPi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it should be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable written agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to every user.
9. Suspension and Termination
CloudPi may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or services if it reasonably believes you have violated these terms, created risk for CloudPi or others, failed to satisfy payment obligations, or used the services in an unauthorized manner.
You may stop using CloudPi at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, payment obligations, confidentiality obligations in applicable agreements, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
10. General Terms
These terms are intended to govern general access to the CloudPi website and services. If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement may supersede these terms for the covered services.
- If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- CloudPi's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- You may not assign these terms without CloudPi's prior written consent, except as permitted by law or written agreement.
- These terms should be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and the governing-law provisions, if any, stated in a controlling written agreement.
